Points to note for outdoor meetings.
-Members and guests wishing to take dogs should seek the advice of the leader in advance as dogs are not always welcomed and indeed may be forbidden on some reserves.
-Walks may be over rough and muddy terrain and it is important that all walkers wear suitable footwear and take due care and attention. If you have any concerns that you might not be able to complete the walk without incurring distress, or if you have any other concerns, you should speak to the leader at the beginning of the walk or telephone* beforehand.
-Any guests of members will be the sole responsibility of that member alone.
-At some reserves an entrance fee is payable.

*If you wish to contact the leader of an outdoor meeting for more information, you can access the relevant telephone numbers by going to the contact page and clicking on the telephone symbol.
