Points to note:

Indoor meetings:
-All indoor meetings are held in the Ruislip Guide Hut, near the Winston Churchill Hall in the Manor Farm complex.

Outdoor meetings:
-Members and guests wishing to take dogs should seek the advice of the leader in advance as dogs are not always welcomed and indeed may be forbidden on some reserves.
-Walks may be over rough and muddy terrain and it is important that all walkers wear suitable footwear and take due care and attention. If you have any concerns that you might not be able to complete the walk without incurring distress, or if you have any other concerns, you should speak to the leader at the beginning of the walk or telephone* beforehand.
-Any guests of members will be the sole responsibility of that member alone.
-On a walk children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
-At some reserves an entrance fee is payable.
-As always, if you would like a lift or would be willing to offer one, please register your request with the leader who may be willing to co-ordinate rides. Neither the leader nor the Committee can guarantee lifts.

*If you wish to contact the leader of an outdoor meeting for more information, you can access the relevant telephone numbers by going to the contact page and clicking on the telephone symbol.
